Relaxation Station

Had a full body massage, the older gentleman was so rough. I ask s him to soften it up but he didn’t do that long, I about came off the table it was painful in some spots and a massage is not supposed to be painful. The I was checking out and I did tip but he was not happy with the amount. He called over the lady and she indigo make the tip amount more. I politely told her this is the tip and that’s it. They both just looked at me pointing to the tip suggesting area on the receipt. I can’t believe how people think a tip is required to especially when you are the owners of the store and you raise the prices of every couple months.

Massage was great BUT the customer service is Horrible! The therapist took it upon herself to demand a bigger tip!!!! Outrageous! Tips are optional first of all and second of all don't ever proceed to criticize the amount and demand more! All the relaxation deflated at that point!

I think this place has forgotten that tips are optional, not mandatory. If your face becomes upset because you were given the exact money for which your massage is, then increase your prices. Tips are optional!

I’ve used this massage studio for years, loved the convenience and the quality of massage I get here. I wasn’t able to go since early 2020 so looked forward to a good, reasonably priced massage when I went this week. I’m very sad to say that the man who gave me a massage didn’t appear to have any technique at all, used an amount of pressure that was extremely painful (and I like deep tissue massage) and ignored all requests to not put that amount of pressure into my back. It has been days and I am still having pain from the rough, jabbing type massage and my sleep is affected. I hate leaving this review because I loved this place but take my experience and others on here who have said the same thing into account before you go.

I've been here several times over the years. With our busy schedule is hard to commit to an appointment so this place works great for us. Some therapist are stronger than others. The man is definitely too strong for me and had a hard time understanding that but hes perfect for my husband who needs much more pressure than I do. They have a nice waiting area and a water cooler beside the counter. I'm not sure that they completely understand what we are saying sometimes but so far I've have a good experience.
