Not the place to go if you're seeking a firm or deep massage at all - its mostly light squeezing and rubbing. Lily is soft spoken and small, not very strong - but she's very sweet and attractive for a lady in her late 50's. 1 hr massage does not feel rushed at all, as it's not very busy and she is willing to take her time if you're kind and tip well. I've been here many times in the past, but will likely opt out in the future as the reliability for desired expectations have taken a steep nose-dive as of recent. Increasingly less sensual, and she seems to just not be "into it" anymore as she ages - perhaps just hanging on for retirement. In one word, "potential". Worst customer service. I literally had to call the police because they tried holding my ID hostage over a tip that they didn’t deserve. Then one of them literally started assaulting me. Definitely reporting to state board

Terrible customer service on the phone asked for 4p appointment and she said sorry have appointment already and hung up... um okay..

Great massages but customer service isn't so great
