The massage therapist is very knowledgeable about her job. She helped dramatically in how my body feels after. She is very thoughtful and helpful in the process. I am so happy every time after I leave, minus having to wait until my next appointment.
Amazing!!!!! I have been dealing with sciatica pain for years. Jess made it go away and it's been 2 months with no return pain. So relaxing (though sometimes painful) , and she really knows how to set you at ease with body positivity and boundaries. Would highly recommend.
