Absolutely incredible. As a 53 year old competitive bodybuilder massage therapy is one of the most important aspects of having successful career. Ruth is by far the best I have ever experienced. Her knowledge, professionalism and kindness are second to none. If you are an athlete and you want a real massage therapist not an over priced rub down. This is the place!!
Ruth is phenomenal. She has been able to get into muscles that I never thought would let up. Working with her has been a game changer for my body and I would recommend her to everyone!
She’s mean on your muscles in all the right way! Very therapeutic and I literally feel the stress and tension leaving my body.
