I have a LOT of knots/tight areas in my back and neck. She did a great job working on getting them to loosen up. I asked her for recommendation and she was honest with me, and didnt try to feed me a line about a couple times a week or even once a week. She recommended about 2ish weeks then we can see about monthly give or take. She let me know the areas she recommended working on next time and things she noticed such as potential out of place areas in my neck. I have more movement in my neck now than when I went in and I dont feel as tight. Very nice. Not pushy. Relaxing single room environment. Pays attention to comfort level. No obnoxious potpourri or candle smells that can be problematic for people sensitive to smells like I am. I Recommend giving her a try.

Elizabeth is amazing. She is very professional but also very caring and friendly. She is the best massage therapist I have ever had, and I have had many over the years. She has tremendously helped relieve pain and knots in my neck and upper back. I refer friends to her all the time.

I can't speak highly enough for Elizabeth! She works out all the tension and knots and makes me feel like I have my full range of motion back. Regular massages are 100% worth it and Elizabeth is the best gal for the job!

Elizabeth has excellent skill and knowledge of therapeutic massage. She has helped with sciatica pain due to herniated disc. She truly cares about her clients.
