Lady at the desk was very rude. It was my first massage. Walked in and she was going to have me pay first. I was ok with that. I thought I was being nice and said to put a $10 tip on. She then said “that’s all your going to tip”? I took my card back and went down the street to a different place. That place had lower rates and I tipped $20.

The masseuse calls herself Lulu and although she does not speak English very well, is wonderful for a very nice massage. Very detailed and professional massage. She will ask you if you want soft medium or hard or deep massage. She uses her elbows, forearms as well as her hands and knows all sorts of points on the body that need help her soothing touch. Best to make an appointment instead of just walking in. She can get busy. I enjoyed my first massage from her so much that I bought my adult daughter an hour massage and she absolutely loved it! The place is very clean and tranquil. You will not be disappointed! This is a serious massage from a real professional. You should definitely get an hour massage and not cheat yourself! A half an hour way too short.

Wonderful massage- ambience was soothing and relaxing. The massage session was excellent . Only issue, is that they ask you to tip them at the end of the session. I did tip but apparently my small amount didn't seem good enough for the masseuse who appeared disappointed and stated, "only that for an hour session"? I thought tipping is voluntary not an expectation from the business owner considering they charge $5 for taxes separate from the massage fee..If it's mandatory, at least,let the customers know beforehand so they are prepared.

Edit: I see other reviewers had the same issue. Wish I read the reviews first. Ok massage, but ruined at the end! I left a 17% tip (I'll be honest, I just kind of rounded quickly on the credit card slip, I didn't put a lot of thought into it like I should have..) and the lady said "wow, that's all? Don't come back." I was just shocked. I've never had someone tell me to not come back to their business before lol! I'm laughing now because it's kind of funny. I was very grateful for the massage! But I just thought that was an incredibly rude thing to say to the customer regarding the tip. It soured the whole experience which was too bad. Revealed the true character within the owner.
