Best massage I’ve ever had! Heidi is an exceptional massage therapist with magic hands - I feel like she intuitively knows exactly what I need. Her space is clean and relaxing, and the music is lovely. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Every moment of my appointment with Heidi was wonderful. From the dedicated parking to the dreamy waiting lounge I was transported into a state of complete relaxation with firm but gentle touch, guided by deep clinical knowledge and an almost psychic intuition about what was best for my body and my spirit. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I will definitely be back to enjoy another epic journey of healing. I highly recommend the heated Himalayan salt stones. The deep healing warmth was just what I needed.

Heidi is an amazing massage practitioner in Pacific Beach. I did a 1 hour deep tissue massage and was blown away by the level of care she gives. The massage table was very comfortable and definitely a step above when it comes to the quality of linens used and extras offered such as liniments, essential oils, heating pads, and even nice home brewed butterfly pea tea available after the massage. She was able to work through some super deep knots that have been stuck in my neck and shoulders from years of paddling while surfing as well as old skateboarding injuries. I felt a significant increase in range of motion the next day and noticed my neck has not felt this great in years! I will gladly book with her again and will be recommending all my friends to go see her when they are looking for

Heidi’s massages are amazing! The space is clean and welcoming and her deep tissue massage really gets in there in the best way! I always leave with so much less tension and tightness. I recommend a 90 min to leave feeling brand new! And adding hot stones is a must!
