Rehabilitation Center of Los Angeles

I was very empress when I got at the facility. I ask that my mom was ambulance to Los Angeles Rehabilitation center and that I was the daughter they looked into it. And ask my name and my mom's as well they were very secure about who I was before given any information .. I was treat with kindness. And they directly ask. To take a phone. Before and after thank you for the 2nd floor charger nurse and Mr. ANDRES.

I have been visiting my friend here for about a month, the place was always clean and the staff was always ice and polite, and my friend is coming along very well ,by the Grace of God

My brother was transferred here from Kaiser. He has no family, only three sisters who live in the Midwest. We have gone to visit him three different times and each time I observe that the support staff at this place are rock stars. I see them constantly working. The exception is the social worker-Karla Ortiz. I don't know what her job exactly is except to not answer questions or try to help us navigate power of attorney and the California healthcare system. From the moment she entered the room I sensed an attitude. She practically argued with my sister about forms that my sister left on her desk that she said were not left. So my sister had to go find someone to make another copy and then physically handed it to her. Thanks for being so understanding to people under a hell of a lot of stre

The staff was extremely courteous and very attentive my mother love the kind personnel and staff their staff seems to do it from their heart and not for paycheck and that's what I look for more than anything I appreciate each and every one of them and I applaud them for the work that they do thank you Lord for people like that they Do it from their heart and not for paycheck

This facility is very clean and comfy. Staff is knowledgeable and provides top notch care to families in need of rehabilitation. Whether short term or long term. A1 care guaranteed!!!
