Had an appointment, got there half an hour before my appointment. 1st of all, they lost my xray and wanted me to take another sets. I said no. I watch folks come and, spoke to them in what appears to be Russian and then proceeded to walk straight in. When ask whats going on, the lady at the desk said. Oh they have appointment. The lady sitting next to me, who is also Russian. Said to me. No they didn't, she is hooking them up. The dentist is cool and they know their job. However they system has to change. It's always crowded. They over booked.

This dental clinic is absolutely terrible. They don't work by appointment. You show up and you're always waiting. They can treat their brothers-in-law and friends without an appointment. Think before you make an appointment.

Had a family member wait 1 hour for an appointment with a specific person, someone comes in whilst still waiting, within 10 minutes was seen with that person (their appointment was 30-45 min later). Had another incident that the younger employee's tell you that you need XYZ done, I come in for that procedure and was told by the head Dr that it is not necessary. Another time an appointment was made by the main person there, at the time of the appointment was told he no longer practices as he is getting older whilst he was working on someone else.

Hands down very professional, especially Dr. Josh, very calming person, always asks me how I feel during and after procedures.

I had an appointment today as a new patient. Uploaded my information and dental insurance card. Days before my appointment, I called my dental insurance to make sure the rep I spoke with 2 weeks ago given me the correct information prior to my appointment today. I was even provided names of dentists in my neighborhood and the dentist and office was in network. I went to my appointment earlier and signed my name on the clip board. I overheard the receptionist telling a PT that he's appt was at 2pm when he confirmed that it was at 11am. To make matter worse that was not even his phone number. My name was called and asked to get X-rays done. Right after my X-rays I was asked to go to the 2nd floor to get my teeth cleaned. I waited another 40 minutes just to hear someone in the next room bei
