Dr Cheloha is amazing. She actually listens to you and explains things in language a common person understands. I've never had her suggest unnecessary treatment and I have very good health insurance. I'd recommend her to anyone.

Came to my second appointment because the doctor had to leave my first appointment to deliver a baby (understandable). Long story short I arrived at my appointment 4:20. The office took 5 minutes to enter my information into the new system. The doctor felt it took too long and walked out the back door.

Doctors and nurses are great! But the department that does prior authorization is terrible. I have been 3 1/2 weeks without my diabetes medicine because they refuse to fill it out to have doctor sign it and send back to pharmacy so I can get my diabetes medicine. Thought last year was a fluke, but I guess this is their norm.

I went in for a bum shoulder after a trampoline park. I suggested nerve or rotator cup. Dr. Paula Hopkins saw me. waiting wasn't horrible, she come in and agrees the rotator cup, prescribes me a steroid pack. I go out, front desk lady says, "should be about $75, they usually are, but if you prepay some you get a discount." So I give $75, which I thought was too much. Then I get my bill a few days ago, $223.90!!!!!! are you kidding me! I called, and apparently was put as a Level 4 visit, which cost $223.90 from this lady. If you go to the clinic, I would refuse her help if its something small-ish. Sounds like typical Dr. offices trying to get the better of people who can't afford to pay over $250 for a Steroid Pack!!!

Dr is good but nurses and that MEAN office manager makes it awkward to sit in waiting room don’t know why she thinks yelling at those girls up front like they are her personal whipping post makes her look good but come on Chris ( couldn’t see last name) there are bosses and there are leaders. You have a lot to learn.
