I went to this pharmacy on 06.16.2025 scheduled for my mom's prescription to be delivered to her home. I had to put a card on file for any payments for delivery. Comes to find out this did not happen. I spoke with a rude person that morning whom requested the card to be on file and she just rushed me away. I go back that same evening to verify how the process works and a young lady stated she would put a note in the system for the delivery request be delivered at a certain time 10 am to 12 pm. Comes to find out no delivery of medicine and my mom had to drive over and pick her meds up. What kind of service they're offering and lying 🤥 to my face. Me and my family have been going here for years. They primary doctors who've been there for so long will treat you like family. The rude lines are normally the rookies who don't know what to expect. But do expect some wait time because they have to carefully evaluate everyone. They rank #3 in memphis for best clinic facility. You will also see a bunch of different characters, ignorant, nice, I mean that's life. But the staff are the most kind hearted. I'd recommend them to anyone who's willing to have patience in knowing you will be seen.

Medications were packaged and delivered in a professional and courteous manner. The pharmacy does a great job in filling my prescriptions and having them delivered to my house at the promised time.

I don't know about everyone else that works there but I love my Dr she is so nice and sweet Dr mosby
