My husband was in the trama ER Saturday 1/17/26. His nurse was a lady named Becca. I can't begin to explain how important, how cared for she made us feel. We are both in our 60s and we both agree she is the best nurse we have ever seen. To say she was patience and kind is an understatement. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the emergency room security.

My PA Kari Pham is truly incredible. She gave me the best care I’ve ever received. She is compassionate, thorough, and genuinely attentive. She took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond in a way that quite literally saved my life. I will forever be grateful for her dedication and heart. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional care.

Please Read: If you can avoid this hospital for emergencies do so please. This hospital is done up like a prison. Armed guards everywhere, metal detectors, very strict visitation. This hospital tries their best to insure your loved ones die alone. I am warning others to stay away.

I was taken aback by the exceptional service provided by Kari Pham. She reminded me that great care and empathy can still coincide. Kari took all my concerns seriously and was attentive, she made me feel assured. Kari is truly the example to follow for what a medical provider should be.

The Trauma ICU Nurses were absolutely amazing. Went beyond the call of duty taking care of our little girl. However once we were transferred to the 4th floor on the B side things went down hill. We’ve had a couple of nurses that were amazing. Miss Fannie is probably the most gentle and kind soul in that hospital that took care of my girl. That being said…. Dee or DeDe the Social Worker is the most rude woman I have ever met. She constantly blew up my wife’s and my phone calling 6 times in a row because we didn’t answer. That’s because we were dealing with my wife’s father in ICU over at Methodist trying to make life decisions with his doctors but she just wouldn’t stop. Not to mention when I call she is crude and rude and short with me just because we were trying to figure out a di
