My doctors were unbelievably kind and helpful. They took time to explain things to me over the 5 days I was there. Some of the nurses were hilarious! They were bright and cheery, always had an encouraging word, and they made a big difference. Having good bedside manner is so important when you're the one in the bed. Thank you!

I went here for the first time for testing which went well. The techs were friendly, professional and knowledgable. For some reason the regular doors were locked and we had to enter through the ER entrance and the parking garage was across the street which made it quite inconvenient since I had 2 tests in two different buildings on opposite sides of the street. However, as I was handicapped and using a walker the staff allowed me to use their employee tunnels to navigate a lot of the hospital.

Call bells went uninvestigated for 2 hours, at least once blood pressure meds discontinued for a patient upon admission resulting in a BP of 200 - trying to get any sort of meds for him was like pulling teeth, and a cystic fibrosis patient housed in the Covid floor. And no, they didn’t have Covid. The nurses absolutely did not help out with patients who weren’t theirs (with rare exceptions), leaving those who did care about patient welfare running around taking care of others’ patients all night. Absolute nightmare

When my mother was transferred to hospice which was only supposed to be for 2 days so I could get a chairlift installed at her home. All her silver and gold jewelry including her wedding ring was stolen. And nobody cared to do anything about it. My mom had a jewelry business and everything she wore was expensive. I was shocked by how it was treated when I complained. But what I missed the most was the Pandora bracelet that she wore with all the charms each being a memory

Had a heart catherization this week. The nursing staff Kelly and Johnston were caring and competent. The cath lab facilities are modern and clean. I was in and out in just 2 and a half hours with no complications. Staff spoke highly of my attending physician. He appeared quite competent but my disappointment now is that I nor my husband received little information at the time regarding the findings. Other than it went well and I have no blockages and that was because I asked that question. I was told a full report would go to my referring cardiologist. It is hard to wait. So I enrolled in the patient portal but no records are there. A bit frustrated at this point.
