I'd give 0 stars if I could. These are the 99 cent nurses because what you get are nurses that expect you to know how to administer antibiotics and discrimination. The nurses I had were in shock that I didn't know how to do that its like they couldn't comprehend that I wasn't born automatically knowing how to do the stuff they went to school for and the last nurse I had literally asked if I was mentally delayed 😑 That pissed me off because I was like I cannot afford to do my treatment wrong and I was scared to do it incorrectly. I instead readmitted myself to the hospital because my pain was unbearable and fully recovered all because I didn't want to see these nurses again. Get a Northshore nurse instead they are professional and will give you a pleasant experience

Very very bad, they keep billing the wrong insurance from us and they caused my father to get a bloodstream infection

I was standing in the lobby of the building and a supervisor told an aide she didn't have to go to work today just call out. The patients son was there he'll be ok. Which I found so rude. How dare you tell an aide to call out at the last min making it harder on the family. What if the son had to work today and his job didn't give him the day off in this weather. Had to explain to her that if the mayor didn't shut down public transportation she had to make it to work. I hope they read these reviews, I hope this is the company because I know northwell wouldn't have a supervisor telling a worker that at the last min. Always have to remind people what is this was yoir parent? Or family member??? What if!

Horrible place!!! i found out about this agency through a friend at Northwell and decided to check it out for My mom. I called and was transfered around a couple of times and finally was directed to speak to the director name Jackie . First off she answered with the most rude attitude then as a got a chance to speak she asked about my mothers insurance i told her i will be paying for the service myself then she stated "are you aware its 24 dollars" seriously? So i proceeded to say ok its no problem in mid sentence she puts the phone down and yells at someone and then gets back on the phone with me says do you want the service yes or no mam because i cannot be on the phone all day. Are you serious?? Who ever she is she needs Customer training and realize shes in a profession to deal with

Went for my .classes and certificate They gave me the run around They are nasty people and pushed some out that worked there from what I heard
