Regents Park of Sunrise

By far the worst place! If I had not gone to visit my mother, she was not responding, I had to call 911 myself bec they would not do it for me or help me, and the 911 operater had to help me to revised my mother until rescue showed up! She was all drug up, I can only imagine they gave her the meds together! The place is dark and depressing and smells terible. I do not recommend this place for your love ones, worst care! The nursed eat their icecream instead of giving it to the patients! Terrible servcice!!!

I just want to say thank you to the staff at the nursing home. Each of you has made a big difference in my dad’s care, and I really appreciate it.Tabitha Henderson is very professional and always helpful. She’s on point with everything and easy to talk to when you have questions or concerns.Abby Scipio always lights up the room with her smile. She brings good energy every day and makes everyone feel welcome and cared for. Chloe Peric is a genuinely kind person. She’s calm, friendly, and always treats everyone with respect.Alieth, one of the nurses, goes above and beyond for my dad. She really takes her time with him and shows a lot of love and care. That means so much to our family. Thank you all for what you do.

My family has stayed at hospitals that had problems but didn't make ENDLESS excuses for family to speak to loved ones. UNBELIEVABLE! If my Mom has a cell phone, charge it and allow her to speak. Don't tell me " we'll she has dementia". Actually she knows who her family is so no lame excuse. Each time I call, the Nurse will state we can't transfer you or " we lost the phone" . Honey please! You are just incompetent. I have gotten a few answers from Daniella the Social Worker but again patients rights are repeatedly put on hold for that mighty $. Don't expect much as far as communication goes. When my Father pays through Medicare at hospital in Florida how come the Nurses don't have any problem charging his cell phone? The staff here a extremely nice and professional- but i wish it didn't smell like stale urine in the lobby when I walked in... The decor is lacking .... That's definitely a turn off..... Management should invest in some interior design.......
