No star. Worse experience at dentist I ever had, first the dentist assistant took almost one hour to take the X-ray and no one was there to help her she keep making mistake and retaking the xrays, and keep telling me that it's my fault that I cannot openly mouth wider. The Dr came after a long wait for just few min looked at the X-rays and he just left, an lady came and discuss about the price what will cover with insurance what will not. Never go back again. I don't recommend it to no one.

Had procedure done that insurance was pre authorized by office manager. Received a denial letter from insurance and called the dentist to find out why when it was pre authorized and I was told the person that did the billing no longer works there. Not my problem and I also told the office to cancel the appointment if insurance did not approve. Was told all set and it was covered under insurance. Not going back and there is no hygienist and you do not receive a brushing or flossing after 6 mo th cleaning and insurance is billed for full cleaning. I do not recommend based on service ! I would like to add I had 3 teeth repaired in the last 3 years and now they all have to be re done . Really shotty work and dr broke a tool in my mouth and shattered my gums After 10 years I'm done !

The dentist is very rough and just walks off when he is done doing your treatment. The treatment he done on me was bad he left a black mark on the crown that he installed with dark discoloration around the edges. He also stated that all treatment had been completed but when I went to another dentist they showed me a hole on my tooth. I don’t see how he didn’t see it in the X-Ray because I could see it with my eyes. This office has lower prices than others and I can see why. Remember you get what you pay for.

Great office! Highly recommend it to everyone. The staff and doctor are so nice and caring. Dr. Chen is by far the best dentist i have been to. He is very gentle and always make sure you are comfortable during treatment. I am so glad i found this office. They were also able to do my Dental Implant in house. I did not have to go somewhere else to get it done and it was way cheaper too. I love the staff at this office. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I felt very comfortable and that was the most important thing to me. I hope this helps someone if you are reading this review. Highly highly recommended office!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not do to Chen if you want to be treated humanely. If you have any teeth that need to be removed and a secondary infection, this "D.D.S." will not prescribe any medication aside from OTC ibuprofen. My boyfriend has been suffering for the past two weeks with severe pain, and had 2 teeth extracted today, and still has a major cavity on the other side of his mouth. They didn't schedule him for his next extraction until another 2 weeks. They don't care enough about their patients to give proper home care and you'll just be treated like a paycheck to them. Edit review: My personal experience here was good, Dr. Chen is a knowledgeable and exceptional DDS. I liked that they take extra precautions due to Covid. If I could afford the work needed, I trust Dr. Che
