Regency

When I came to Regency, I could barely walk. But through Physical Therapy and all the therapists were great! They motivated me and encouraged me! All of the staff here from the administration to the residents were all great and we all got along great! Regency truly helped me get back on my feet and I am forever thankful for them! Now I feel equipped to be on my own in my own home-all thank you to Regency Healthcare and their team!

I had a great experience at my stay at Regency. I was able to have rehabilitation and was well enough to be discharged and I am living on my own. The staff and care is there is great!

The Administration at Regency put fourth beautiful work with my rehab, rehabilitation, and discharge planning to help give me my life back and I am so thankful to have received my treatment there. From Mr. Bruce down to dietary they did a wonderful job! If I need to return back to rehab or rehabilitation for any reason I will return back to Regency and a special shout out to my SW's who did a great job with transitioning me back to my home.

My husband was a resident of Regency Healthcare from March 25 until he had to be sent to the St. Francis Hospital for additional care that couldn't be handled there. Whenever my husband was sent to the St. Francis hospital several times for specialty care I was informed, and when he returned, the Regency Staff informed me that he was back and was fine. The staff was always extremely pleasant and never minded the calls to the nurses to inquire about my husband's status. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to place a loved one in a nursing home/rehab facility. The facility took excellent care of my husband. God bless the staff at Regency. I am so looking forward to visiting with them once visitors are allowed.

I wanted to leave as soon as I got inside. This place is very much incompetent it isn’t funny. The staff needs to be retrained and how better bedside manner. I felt like I was in a dungeon it’s so dark looking not at all impressive. The food wasn’t good. There was one staff member that was attentive to my needs and they’re lucky to have her. The beds are uncomfortable. My mistake was not looking at their ratings. My advice is..if you have a choice of going somewhere else I strongly advise that you do. This place needs to be revamped from the top down and remodeled or closed.
