Regency Village of Webster

Visiting this facility for the very first time as a new employee to the company was more than welcoming. The staff and residents welcomed me into the family with open arms. If you are looking for a home for your love one (short stay or long term care) this is the place to be in Webster. Try them for yourself.

My father was recently released to this facility from the hospital due to having foot surgery and had a Halo on his foot. He was there 2 nights before my mom pulled him out. They claim the pharmacy had not filled his prescriptions for his pain medication and wound vac that was needed. The male nurse then told my mom she could go to the local pharmacy pick up pain meds for him and leave the bottle there for them to give it to him that way. Absolutely ridiculous! They then claimed they could not administer insulin unless his sugar was over 300. The two days he was there they left him in his room all day, he would call for the nurse and it took the nurse over an hour to come see what he needed. This place is an absolute joke. If I could give zero stars I would.

I didn’t even want to give this a 1 star. Some of the staff there is caring Alex being one of them. But the social worker there is probably no communication never can leave her a voicemail always full! Physical therapy didn’t do their job as far as helping my loved one build back up the strength to walk again none of that happened. Was sent home with nothing they knew my loved one was going home but had no supplies for my loved one to take home horrible service. They are so worried about money hell all the money they are making off of every resident there they need to install phones in the residents room for the family to talk to them. Horrible just horrible

My mother-in-law was sent here and we received horrible care. Anytime we went to visit she needed to be changed. We would be there for hours on end and no one would come and check on her. They would skip on her pain medication. She passed away and we were not even notified! Her husband found her!

Non caring assistants. Ignore patients. Offer therapy but not performed on regular basis. No bath given for days!! Many other issues
