Regency Hospital - Springdale

Everyone, well, almost everyone, was great. Care has been outstanding. Except for one nurses aid that has mention to me I need to wash my butt and genitalia with these big wipes they provide. I don’t have a clue why he thinks I’m not cleaning myself. I can assure you I have been. I am a veteran of the US Navy. I served as a Dental tech/Corpsman for 5 years. Not sure who he thinks he is or who he’s talking to. Meanwhile I’ve got blankets and pillows in the floor and my bedding hasn’t been changed since I got her 5 days ago!!

My mother went to Regency for advanced wound care following surgery. We were not familiar with Regency before it was recommended, and we have been humbled by the compassion, thoroughness, and communication delivered during her stay. The staff constantly advocate for their patients and maintain the utmost level of customer service with families. I can't say enough about how impressed I have been with the entire team at Regency, and how everyone, even the CEO are involved in the admission process and follow-up care plan meetings. Excellent resources and dedicated, well-trained staff make a difficult process much more manageable.

A family member was involved in a motorcycle accident and after 3 1/2 weeks in the ICU of a neighboring hospital he was transferred to Regency Hospital for continued care. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of our family members needs and our own concerns and worries. We just want to thank them for their patience and kindness for our family member and for us as we went through a lot of changes and emotions.

Staffing has been so kind in times when it was hard seeing your love one. Our Doctor has been the best ever. He listen and gave the best care to our love one and was so kind to family. I would 100% recommend Regency as the facility of excellence.

Worst experience ever! The staff, especially Cassie, was cold and condescending towards my husband about his mother. A family member is blocking my husband, her first born son, from finding out any medical information about his mother. They claim she’s of sound mind and can make her own decisions, yet when she has stated she wants her son to know things- the staff does nothing to fix the problem. Keeping a son from his mother is nothing short of cruel and dehumanizing. Don’t bring your family here. They won’t treat you well.
