Regency Endocrinology Diabetes & Metabolism

I have had 4 endocrinologist in 5 yrs. Left every single one. I was referred to regency to see dr ansara by my oncologist. I have only seen her 2 times. I have had more success and help in just 2 visits than I have in 5 yrs with 4 other drs. The staff is great. Easy to make appointments. Amazing communication. Answer any questions. Very knowledgeable. I messaged them a concern in the portal. She called me personally to help me. That is amazing. They truly care and know what they are doing! Love love love my my new office of professionals! Hope to be a long time patient!

Do not waste your time with this office. They will make you do all the work, and they never answer the phone. God forbid you have cancer while waiting for them to do THEIR job.

Saw this doctor who looked too young to be a doctor but she was so nice and thorough, not rushing like doctors usually do.

Drove all the way there from Deltona, only to find that there is no suite 1008 at 725 Sterling Central Place, Lake Mary Florida. Apparently they cannot be bother to answer their phone, as I tried calling them from the parking lot. I for one am not willing to entrust my health to anyone that doesn't even know their own street address, or has the common decency to answer their phone.

Dr Richard is the best. My thyroid and diabetes are regulated the best it ever has in my life. He is so nice and helps you understand things on your level. The office staff is wonderful as well. 100% recommend this place.
