Dr. Tiemann and his team are a joy to see when I come in the office. His team is very thorough. They take time to talk with me about any of my concerns on a wide range of medical needs. You can definitely tell they care about their patients and the community they serve!

Dr. Tiemann and his whole staff are amazing! From the other additional providers, to the techs, and the receptionists, they are all so caring and kind. From the moment I walk in, I’m immediately greeted by name and they get me checked in. If I’m ever sick, they are always able to get me in the same day! Coming from a provider myself, being cared for there is definitely worth the wait because they truly care about you. Highly recommend!

My experience yesterday was just okay. I want to begin by acknowledging that the nurse and the doctor we interacted with were both incredibly kind and compassionate. They made what could have been a stressful visit much more manageable. I truly appreciated their care and professionalism. However, I feel it’s important to address the behavior of the front desk staff member. The woman seated to the right, with dark curly hair. From the moment we walked in, her demeanor was noticeably rude and dismissive. I had come in trying to maintain a positive attitude, even though the reason for our visit (my daughter needing a physical due to a disciplinary issue) was already a difficult situation. Instead of being greeted with empathy or at least basic courtesy, we were met with attitude and coldness

Regal Park Medical Center and the staff are a fantastic option for healthcare providers. Dr. Tiemann and his Nurse Practitioners are knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. The staff are all friendly and professional. The medical center offers a variety of services for many of your needs, including in house x-rays and testing. My family has been using Regal Park for our general medical needs for over 7 years and I am thoroughly pleased with all of my experiences with their staff. From the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors; each face has a smile and are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had an amazing experience at Regal Park Medical! The team provided exceptional care for my health issues, listening closely and creating a personalized plan that’s already helping. The wait time was incredibly short, and meeting the all of the providers was a pleasure—each one was professional, kind, and genuinely invested. Honestly, some of the bad reviews out there don’t make sense to me; my visit was top-notch. Highly recommend Regal Park Medical—5 stars!
