My wife has been here almost two years and some things are ok and some things are great to horrible Administrator is good answer all my questions CNA and Nursing staff are ok with all shortages But horrible service is social services they need to have a better system on staffing social worker and staff communication skills needs work and Pt And Ot department is not that great still Feel like they gave up on my wife Walking told me all about insurance and my wife is baseline now and now only i walk with her here and there but getting weaker spend alot time in a wheelchair more now And all her muscles are getting weaker again it's breaking my heart Also the phone system needs to be updated to ensure you are contacted to right person And food service department is horrible you don't get wha
