Isaac his amazing! But the workers by the counter are to be replaced immediately. They give you an attitude for anything. Very impatient. Don't find your prescription. Very unprofessional and rude. I would expect a better customer service.

I am a diabetic and I ordered the medication for my diabetes by the refuah pharmacy month of the month , and the second month in a row that I ordered my medication and they said they’re gonna deliver it on Friday he didn’t show up , they said they’re gonna deliver it on Sunday they didn’t show up , and now was Monday morning and he says that they’re gonna go out for delivery at 5 pm. It could come between five and 8:30 pm. I don’t think this is a practice that should be done, I think customers that need to take the medication in time. Should be able to have the medication in time. I’m sorry it’s very very bad practice. Thank you.
