Reflections Memory Care at The Timbers

A friend of mine was staying there over a year, the staff was constantly changing. The good staff would see how poorly the residents were cared for and go above and beyond to ensure they got the care they needed and were paying for. The administrator and owner would move the good staff to the Timbers or the good staff would leave. The Wi-Fi and cable was very unreliable. The food quality was very poor, however the cook did the best he could with what he had to work with. His laundry was clean but folded and put away wet. We went by nearly every day to visit and check on him and found him sitting around with wet pants on unless the few staff members that were good happened to be working. Good staff at Summit Villa is very few and far between. For $186.00 a day the care needs to be much bett

This is the most wonderful care for the elderly. They have excellent care facilities and the staff is Excellence. My dad has Lewy Body dementia.I tried to care for him at home and We could not take the punishment,that he gave us every day. He begged us to get a way from us. It was heart Breaking to see this Man going down hill and not being able to help him or comfort Him. I had him in two other facilities . When I went and saw Summit Villa it was like a private resort Club. It is beautiful, The rooms are Huge and private . The care is outstanding. My dad loves it their.He has free roaming to the facility and The Food is Excellent. You can go their any Time and spend Time with Your Loved One.You can Dine with your Loved one any Time too. Do NOT take any loved ones there. Residents are neglected. The owners only care about money and not the residents.

Reflections Memory Care has been a godsend to our family. We were able to get both parents in rooms across the hall from each other. The staff truly cares about my parents and demonstrate it every day. A special shout-out to Meredith Clark. She has been amazing in responding to my questions and goes above and beyond when I ask if she can do something for my parents.
