Redwood Dental Warren

The atmosphere was great. Fast appointments. You don’t have to wait months for appointments. Everyone had great attitudes and make you feel welcome. Another dentist told me I’d need a tooth extracted but here they can fix it. No extraction needed. I will be returning. I’ll come back with my before and after pictures.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of becoming a new patient at Redwood Dental in Warren, Michigan. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who made the check-in process seamless and helped me with my forms and insurance information. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, which added to the positive first impression. Michele then brought me back for x-rays and a scan of my teeth. She was incredibly friendly and had a calm, comforting presence that instantly put me at ease. Dr. Brannagan came in shortly after and thoroughly reviewed my x-rays with me. He took the time to ask about any concerns I had and what I liked or didn’t like about my teeth. During the exam, he identified a tooth with a soft or sticky area that may need a crown i

I do not recommend this place. They call to make me an appointment, fine. They call Saturday, my appointment was for that Monday but they are closed on Sundays, so I couldn't call them. I could not make the appointment. They refuse to waive the fee. A person using medicaid should not be paying a fee that isn't justified. Knowing the situation, They refuse to waive it so im forced to go see another dental group. Bye :/

When i first started going there, they were nice and acted concerned. Last month i had an appointment to get my last cleaning of the year. I have told numerous people in the office i am deaf, I need to read your lips. The gal that was going to do my cleaning, told me she can’t take her mask off. She was attempting to ask me questions, again i told her i am deaf i need to read your lips. She would not pull the mask down and then pointed to the computer screen. i gathered my coat and left. I realized being deaf is not a handicap you can see. I wont be back and neither will anyone else in my family l. What they did to my husband’s dentures is ridiculous. He got them there and all along he kept telling them they do not fit right. He got them in September and they will not help him!

I was so anxious before my appointment, but from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel at ease. Arianna was truly made for her job she didn’t just treat me as someone with dental problems, she treated me like a human being. Her kindness left me in tears when I left the office. Hanna, the dentist, was equally amazing she explained everything with such ease and made me feel truly seen. The front staff were also so kind and welcoming (sorry I didn’t get their names!). This was an experience unlike any I’ve ever had before. Thank you to the entire team!
