I visited after I fell and twisted my ankle, and they got me in and seen very quickly. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The provider was very knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. I truly felt well taken care of during my visit. Thank you for the great care!

My first visit to an urgent care clinic was with RedMed, and they provided excellent care from start to finish. I came in for an ear issue and was greeted right away by a very friendly front desk receptionist. Check-in and paperwork were quick, and I was taken back to the exam room soon after. The triage nurse was incredibly attentive—when she went to take my temperature, she initially reached for my painful ear but immediately read my body language and switched to the other side without me even having to say anything. The NP was also wonderful: warm, friendly, and genuinely listened to my concerns. She answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease. Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciated their compassion and professionalism.

I was there at 7:30 when they opened. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I did preregister online so it made the process faster but I was still very pleased. Friendly staff, the NP was thorough and listened to me.
