Redlands Urgent Care

I had a great experience at Redlands Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and very efficient. Tim and Vanessa quickly helped me get checked in, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Trey was especially attentive and took the time to address my concerns while helping complete my pre-employment health screening. I really appreciated how professional, organized, and responsive the entire staff was. I was very impressed with how quickly the team responded to my needs and how efficiently my health screening form was completed. Their customer service and professionalism made the experience very positive. I would absolutely recommend Redlands Urgent Care to others and will definitely return in the future for any urgent care needs.

Definitely have to say iv treatment was much needed my visit was amazing. Richard helped me feel very comfortable through the treatment. The MA’ Stephanie and Dean were AMAZING along with the XRay tech Angie and PA Lindsay. They were all professional polite and genuinely caring. They took time to explain things with detail to me while remaining patient and sensitive to my needs. Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.

My son broke his wrist while at school. Redlands Urgent Care treated him quickly and kindly. This has always been their approach, our family is very grateful for them. Special thanks to Staci for bringing a smile to my son’s face when bringing him back. Tim for the X-rays and splint. Trey for being the best PA around. As well as daisy for a smooth discharge. Your team made all of the difference.

As an epic part of my already so super duper splendid weekend, I thought why not step it up a notch and go to everyone's most favorite hangout spot where all the coolest of cool go.....Urgent Care!! So that was sarcasm, but some jokes aside Redlands Urgent Care has a pretty system and team that make an already unpleasant and sometimes gross experience and work in an expedient & thorough manner. This is always my go to if UC is my option. To be clear Redlands not Yucaipa, do to 2 almost fatal and completely avoidable lazy mistakes in 2013 then in 2021, but i digress! Quick shoutout to Stephanie, Dean, Angie, Sam, Leslie, Folley , & Dr Shalib keep uo the great work and please Dean i offer lessons on funny and how ro make others laugh if you really want a game changer
