RediMed Southwest

I had been suffering from a cold and bronchitis for over a week, and OTC meds were not helping. I went to the clinic and within a short amount of time I was helped and examined by a quality staff. The attending PA/NP understood and quickly diagnosed my condition and prescribed antibiotics and steroids for relief. I have a PCP follow up this afternoon, and I can say that my recovery is greatly improving. Thanks to all of this clinic staff!

I went to RediMed Southwest in early December for my second bout with strep throat in a month. I was told by the receptionist that my prior appointment in early November wasn’t covered by insurance. I found this odd considering I’ve only ever had to pay the copay for urgent care appointments in the past. The receptionist told me I wouldn’t be seen without paying the prior account balance so I paid $253. After speaking to my insurance, I discovered that my prior appointment in November was paid in full and I should have only paid the copay like I thought. I’ve been playing phone tag with RediMed Southwest and their billing department for the past month and still haven’t received my money back. The doctor didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves and proceeded to touch my infected knee. I was the first and only patient there and everyone wanted to rush me out. I don’t have health insurance so I was charged the $140 at the door and just got a statement saying I owe $60 more. I was there for maybe 20 minutes and didn’t have a good experience .

I was happily surprised by my experience at this RediMed. On a Saturday morning I was in and out in under 30 minutes! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and when I left, I had a correct diagnosis, and my Medicine had already been called into my pharmacy. Highly recommend.
