I scheduled an appointment the wait wasn’t long, they listened to my problems and I truly felt heard. I had been dealing with lady issues and every time I would go to a gynecologist or doctor they would tell me I didn’t have anything and send me home. You know your body and you know when there is something up. I’ve been trying to get antibiotics probably for about 2 years and this place finally helped. I actually felt like this place was worth my time and money. The staff was all kind and attentive to me.

I showed up during a slow time so I was in and out pretty fast. Employees all very pleasant and listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. I am not a fan of the check in process though. Watching a few parents try to navigate their phone check-in with sick kids was hard to watch which I’m sure made their stay even longer at times and a few older patients that had a hard time navigating the check in also. Other than that, all was good clean environment and friendly staff.

Receptionist was very polite and extremely helpful. Came out to lobby to assist with kiosk!!! Super nice lady. Hopefully you know who I'm talking about. The service continued throughout the visit, from front to back. Great experience!

The staff were amazing. The wait time was not. I had to go two days in a row. One day I was the first registered person of the day and it still took me 45 minutes to be taken back.

Do not use the kiosk in the lobby. The machine does not respect privacy and stores and displays prior patient email addresses. They are very skilled and will take care of your medical concerns. I myself would not register on a Google form in which prior patient data was present. Thank you I didn't have my primary phone with me otherwise I would be disclosing the patient data that was present when I arrived on my early February visit. My suggestion to you would be to use the paper forms or your own phone. Using kiosks is an inherently risky proposition.
