My husband went to complete a physical and was given a timeline of 4 days to get it back. It’s been 4 WEEKS and they don’t return calls. They have been giving us the run around and will not provide us with this information. Our next step is to file a HIPAA complaint

Got my flu shot here and the staff was very helpful and accommodating with me needing to sit (since I tend to get nauseous after shots). They were patient and made me laugh to where I didn’t even notice. They also have helped us out here on several occasions with my kids, always very helpful

Easy to make a quick appointment online which equals no waiting! The new place is great! Most of the same smiling, friendly faces. I really love the staff here. I went in for one reason only for the nurse practitioner to quickly catch on that I had flu symptoms which prompted her to test me and of course it was positive! I had no idea I had the flu and feel like her being so attentive to all my symptoms helped keep me from getting super sick! Love this place and since I can never seem to get into my primary care physician when I'm sick this is my go to spot for quick amazing care for my whole family!!

While you can get could care there, the receptionist is horrible. She lacks all empathy for those who are ill. She also lacks people skills and treats patients with arrogance.The first time I went there she told me here are no "walk ins" and that I had to go to a computer and make an appointment. Later I learned they do take walking if there is nobody waiting. Then when I went to my apple computer, it did not accept the information and I had to call them back. Then the receptionist talked down to me and suggested I use my phone, which did accept the information. The appointment went fine. Then I made a follow-up appointment and was told when I arrived a few minutes late that ...there is a five minute limit before you are cancelled. Everyone was very efficient and knowledgeable. From the front desk to the end of my visit, they were all friendly & helped me any questions I had. The facility is very clean, and I was able to get my vaccines done quickly.
