Reddy Urgent Care

Making an appointment online was easy! I was able to be seen on time with very little wait. The NP was super nice, listened to me and addressed my concerns. Having a good, clean, patient focused urgent care in Royston is super important since medical services in the area are limited. Reddy Urgent care helps meet those needs!

Had to wait almost an hour, even though we had requested a 2:15 time on line and it said the wait was0-15 minutes. It had sometime do with VA benefits and Medicare. The wait in room could use an update, maybe some end tables and pictures on the wall. The only thing they had was plastic chairs. The exam room had no soap or hand sanitizer in it, I never saw any of the staff use any hand sanitizer or wash their hands. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. They were kind and gentle. Very pleasant to talk with.

I was seen on a Saturday morning due to my condition, I can tell you the treatment I received from this clinic was amazing; better than my primary care clinic. The “training” MA was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome at the same time. The guy that gave me my injections was very professional and compassionate as well. Every step of the way, from desk/check-in, medical assistance and the PA were all amazing and, most important, knowledgeable. I will return here if I need too and definitely recommend to those in need of quality care. Thank you, Ryan

i took my daughter here Saturday. i had to wait almost a hour even though nobody was in the waiting room and i made a appointment for 4. the two women in the front are very unprofessional. the nurse practitioner i’m assuming (because they never said who they were) was not very reassuring or friendly, wasn’t dressed professionally at all for a doctors office. the woman that answers the phone is extremely rude. there was a problem with my daughters prescription so i called almost a hour before thy closed for them to fix it. the lady at the front hung up on me the first time after telling me “you’re just gonna have to be patient”. when i called her back and asked if she meant to hang up on me, she raised her voice and said that i would just have to hang on. will not be back unless i ABSOLUTEL

Royston Reddy clinic is always fast and convenient for our large family. When my kids are sick, I can make an appointment online and not have to wait for hours. They are always kind and helpful. All the practitioners there have been great, but NP Shawn Thurston was very thorough on our last visit and would recommend 10/10.
