If you love to wait extreme amounts of time to be seen, this is the place for you. Time management is NOT a thing here. Making an appointment is completely pointless, they’ll have you waiting 1-1.15 past the scheduled time. I’ll be looking into a new primary care provider after this appointment. Ridiculous!

Dr Reddy is so careless about patients, she doesn’t have a good management. U have to wait for a month to schedule your appointment. If your appointment is at 10 am she would come to your room at 12:30 because she scheduling too many patients in one day and she not able to handle them all. Her scheduling systems is a mess. She needs to improve her system.

Impossible to see the doctor. I called several times and left voicemails but the office never called me back. Went in person to the office to try and schedule an appointment and they had a sign that said they closed early. According to the other reviews, the office seems to close outside of posted hours very often. Pretty sure this medical place doesn't care if people don't get needed treatment.

It's never open! This is probably the 5th time I've tried going here before 5pm and it's always closed. Why?! Just change your effing hours to 10am-3pm. Update: the ONLY doctor they have here doesn't see children. Only 18 and over. So it's awesome that my 2, 6, and 7 year olds are assigned to this urgent care. 😒

Very disappointed today.☹️ I had to go to Elk Grove Urgent care last Monday for sever abdomen pain. They told me to follow up with my primary doctor because, believe it or not, they could not figure out what was wrong. I was given a shot for the pain and sent home. I was scheduled to see my doctor today October 6, 2020. I received a call on the 5th, saying my appointment was cancelled. I went in anyway. Once I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk asked if I had an appointment. I said yes, but it was cancelled. Then I saw my doctor and she said, I just saw you 2 weeks ago. I told her about me having to go to Elk Grove Urgent Care and that I was still having abdominal pain. She was very nonchalant about it and responded she would refer me to someone who could help.
