Highly recommend this urgent care. The girl Doctor was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable. She explained step by step. I’m feeling so much better after my procedure. The front staff and MA are very attentive as well. Thank you 😊

Judge by yourself. I called to ask if they accepted my insurance. She said: she doesn't have time to check. Then three hours later I called for the latest time I could check in. She said: look for another place we are busy here. I fell off my bathtub. However, place is cleaned and spacious 🌞 😔🤷🙄🛁🚿

I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. Front staff friendly and helpful, Medical assistants and nurses were friendly and professional and the Doctor Maria Almagno was very helpful and thorough in her diagnosis and treatment plan. I also barely waited an hour before I was seen. I am very grateful to all of the help and would highly recommend their services

Complete incompetence! Front desk could not check my daughter in because their “Anthem” system was down. Didn’t offer to make a copy of the insurance card or drivers license and contact info or anything in order to have my daughter seen, just sent my husband away.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING!!! I would give zero stars for this facility if possible. Front desk receptionist is so disrespectful and rude. Came in for a covid 19 test & ask what is the protocall with waiting inside or outside and she advised i had to wait inside. Cut to coughing kids in lobby & a 45min to an 1hour wait I decided to try finding another facilities for rapid test. After research i opted to go back to this facility. Before going back I called for update with wait time and told 1.5hrs. Still opted to try this facility. Go in request testing, feel out paper work, provide my i.d. insurance card and told to wait outside in 92+ degree weather behind the building in an alley. Now because I do not reside in California & am visiting I am only here for testing to get even
