Redding Post Acute

I was here about two months. Everyone was very helpful. Pineapple 🍍 was very encouraging. Raul is a very patient person. Susan and others who gave out medicine were always very kind. I was always treated with care and patience. Physical therapy people, like Tammy were encouraging. Your staff like Nichole Marzano always came by and checked on us who were nervous about our stay. Tom Marzano has an energetic personality and quickly offers help. Thank you for the pleasant stay Their are more helpful people but I can't remember all their names. Even your maintenance people tried to be accommodating with a helpful attitude. Thank you, Linda Carter.

I am amazed at the whole staff i have to praise the whole staff on their conduct, demeanor and attitude towards the residents and the other staff members. They all work together on anything that needs attention. First person who I’m impressed with is Wes. His leadership is the BEST I’ve EVER SEEN!! Then there’s Kelly. She’s the head social worker. She keeps everything up to date with NO ISSUES. Then there’s Kris. He’s the head activities manager. He’s even a good bowler on his own time. He makes everyone happy with different activities each day. The only thing he needs to improve on is his bowling. I’m really impressed with him as a GREAT GUY on and off work. My stay here has been good after the initial setting in. Staff are great. 99.9% helpful, courteous, humorous and respectful. Writing a review is tough. Nothing is going to be perfect but you can get as close as possible with the staffing here and a good attitude on your behalf. It’s a comfortable environment and one I would recommend to anyone. I would certainly comeback if the need arose. Thank you all at Redding Post Acute.

One of the most challenging times in my life. At Redding post acute they took excellent care of me and moved my rehab right along. I was ALWAYS encouraged and never discouraged The nurses were all knowledgeable and caring and very respectful of my privacy. I felt I was taken care of like family. I would go back if needed. ❤️

Pineapple was very very helpful and kind to all patients,she is an outstanding employee, also I found CNAs and Nurses along with housekeeping as well the whole building deserves recognition,thank you to all including Therapy, it's been a journey but together you all fulfilled my journey to rehab to go home
