Redbud Pediatrics West

We had our first visit at Redbud today and I truly can’t say enough good things. Everything about the experience was top tier, from the front desk to the overall atmosphere. We saw Dr. Pham and absolutely adored her. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. We are so happy we made the decision to transfer our son’s care here and feel confident we’re in great hands.

We had our first appointment with our newborn daughter today. Immediately after getting into the lobby, we were greeted by very friendly staff. Within about two minutes of being there, we were called back to our room. Since this was our first visit with our newborn, this was a wellness appointment. The nurse practitioner, Natalie, was amazing with us and our daughter.

For the love of GOD, please discontinue your partnership with HealthTrack RX. HealthTrackRX labs is where you sent testing for my child and that company has been a NIGHTMARE concerning billing. The billing department with RedBud has no control and you are forced to contact HealthTrackRX who is telling your clients to sort the issue with insurance instead of properly submitting or resubmitting information with insurance. One thing I learned through this whole process is some things it is illegal for companies to do through your billing department and that was very educational. If you look up HealthTrack RX, their reviews are flooded with complaints because whoever is does billing and coded in the company is causing loads of claims to end up denied. Please use another laboratory for testing!

I have always had an excellent experience at Redbud. We are always seen quickly and our pediatrician Dr. Mason is so kind. She remembers things about my kids and speaks to them rather than around them. She’s gentle and listens well to concerns. We have also seen Katrina, PA-C and she’s a gem. She is so nice and explains things so well.

We absolutely ADORE Redbud- their staff cares immensely for our son! Our son has special needs and Redbud doctors and staff have always accommodated him, provided us with resources and references for outside practices if needed & guided us towards the best option for our Bubba. To say we are satisfied is an understatement of the century! Thank you Dr. Lopez, Ms. Katrina and all the wonderful staff at Redbud!
