I experienced an exceptionally poor standard of customer service. The individual who contacted me displayed aggressive and disrespectful behavior, declining to identify himself or allow me to speak with a supervisor or account manager. When I raised the point that I had not been informed about additional charges for "bubble-wrapped" medication for my father, his response was, "it wasn't his fault I don't know how to read." Regarding my father's insurance coverage for his prescriptions, his reply was, "they don't pay for over-the-counter meds." It is important to note that these were doctor-prescribed medications, not items available for general purchase. Horrible pharmacy and worse customer service. Don't use them. Avoid any long term care or senior living community that uses them. They point fingers and blame the other companies. That's an issue with the facility. That's an issue with your insurance. They change their story as they see fit. If you request for the manager to give you a call to troubleshoot an issue he will not call you back. There are better pharmacies in the Meridian/Boise Area. Some of the five star google reviews are from employees.

Red rock pharmacy has been the best decision we made. They have been able to meet all the needs of our residential homes. They are quick to respond to our request and the best staff ever. Roy, Chase and Frank are amazing!! We love Red Rock and recommend to others.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy out there. Please don't use them, all you are is a number to them. They play the blame game when they lose your script then it takes weeks alone weeks to get them to do anything. You ask for the manager and oh so conveniently not available. Do yourself a favor and have your scripts sent somewhere else. Customedica out of Boise seems to be very helpful, knowledgeable and understand patient care. Bad on you redrock

Roy and Chase have made what we thought would be a terrifying transition into the most smooth and seamless partnership we could have ever imagined. Their community outreach is like no other pharmacy I have experienced. Roy puts 100% into his clients. It is obvious that he strives to make his customers happy with the pharmacy service and the outreach he does to help provide a meaningful life to their clients. The pharmacy also has amazing benefits with multiple deliveries daily and a pharmacist on call 24 hours per day. They have dedicated staff for each facility and a head pharmacist, Chase, that is very knowledgable with an amazing eye for the little details. Not to mention their competitive pricing with OTC meds.
