Dr Degen is an amazing surgeon. He has great bedside manners and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Especially since I get anxiety at dentist appointments. He also explained my dental issues in layman’s terms so i understand what I needed done and long term solutions. His front office staff was very accommodating with me having to reschedule an appointment and very thorough on out of pocket costs up front.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Communication Failures and Improper Cancellation of Scheduled Procedure I am sharing this publicly as a mother who cannot tolerate the negligence shown by this dental office. I have full proof of emails and documentation to support my experience. Speaking to them is like trying to explain the ABCs and numbers to someone--they simply cannot comprehend basic communication. On January 23, my son was seen for a consultation with Dr. Degan. X-rays revealed that a retained baby tooth needed extraction before his scheduled orthodontic brackets on January 30. I should’ve listened to the reviews about the front desk being rude. I was referred here by my dentist. From the beginning they never answer the phone, and when I was able to get ahold of someone there, the front desk lady, Julia or Juliet, was rude. She was not helpful and instead let me know they did not have my referral which my dentist had already sent. I contacted my dentist after making my appointment to confirm they sent my referral and they did. I attempted to confirm my appointment for 2 DAYS because they don’t answer the phone. After calling for 2 business days between their hours of operation, Julia was finally in office to answer and confirmed my appointment. I showed up the day of just to get told that I have to request a referral from my insurance because they lost my referra

I had an amazing experience Dr. Degen and his staff were making me feel comfortable I was very nervous to remove my wisdom teeth but my recovery was amazing and my procedure went so smoothly! No pain fast recovery not much swelling definitely will return for any future surgery’s ! Thank you ❤️❤️ definitely keep you guys in mind for a referral

This doc may be a little on the curt side but when it came down to the procedure he was patient and very good. He knew his stuff as far as oral surgery goes. I have high blood pressure and COPD had to take a couple small drinks a couple hours before my procedure which included removing two wisdom teeth that should have been done a couple decades ago. He told me straight up they could affect the jaw, I appreciate an honest doctor. It was a good procedure and I’m in a normal amount of discomfort, I have the meds and antibiotics. No the bedside isn’t great for everyone but they know what they’re doing and considering the amount of work they not only did for me but the workload I get it. Not everyone is sunshine and roses with them either. I’d highly recommend this office for oral surgery and
