Red Oak Drug

This was my favorite pharmacy. Nice,understanding and professional. However out of no where they stopped filling my monthly prescription and flat out told me its because I dont fill more prescriptions there. Im sorry I only need the one. Now Im back to dealing with Walgreens and their work when they feel like it pace. Thanks RO Drug I stayed loyal to small businesses my entire adult life but I wont anymore. Mom and pop used to be the way to go now they are too pretentious

I LOVE THIS DRUGSTORE, THEY REMEMBER YOU AND GREET YOU WITH SMILES AND ARE VERY HELPFUL. THE PHARMACIST, MAVIS, has such a wonderful smile and never makes me feel uncomfortable about asking questions! AT RED OAK DRUGS THEY'RE a "family atmosphere" Drug Store! 👍

Wonderful Pharmacy when I was very sick, my husband went to pick up my prescriptions and lo and behold. There was a get well card and a can of chicken noodle soup. How very thoughtful. ♥️♥️♥️

They're always so nice. I can text with an actual person who works there, which is very convenient. They are my #1 for sure!!

Need better communication. A med script was called in on 9/4/25. I had to call them to see what the hold up was on 9/8/25, just to be told it was on HOLD. No one reached out to me prior to let me know the reason nor did they contact my provider who called in the script.
