I had a prescription sent over from the ER, which is within a few minutes drive. When I arrived, I went to the pharmacy to find out how long it might take to be filled so that I could find a place to sit - obviously wasn't feeling great, was coming out of a 5 hour ER stint. I should note that one of the reasons I was nervous is because the CVS near my home is pretty infamous for being horrible, and I've been yelled at for asking about a prescription there. So, I willed myself up to the counter to ask how long I should expect to wait, and the pharmacist took my name, got my medicine from the pharmacy tech who had just finished labeling it, and I was out the door in no time. I've spent the summers in the area for around 20 years, and I only have a vague memory of going to the Red Cross P

Small town hospitality is real in the Northwoods but NOT at this store. I was watched, not to offer assistance, but with suspicion; a clerk practically grabbed my covered coffee out of my hand...; when asked for a public restroom I was told none of the stores in town offer them perhaps I should go to the police dept...I am sure the lady knew there was one near by....she did not like my attitude and I certainly did not like hers...Manager listened politely to my complaint but this is the norm for this store..see other reviews

Always great to work with; staff is always willing to help me find what I need. Would highly recommend them for all pharmacy needs. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable about all medications.
