I paid for a lash lift service, but my lashes were not lifted at all - there was zero visible difference from before the service. When I contacted the salon, I was told that “lash lift results are not guaranteed and vary by client” and that refunds aren’t available for “completed services.” If a lash lift service doesn’t actually lift your lashes, I don’t consider that a completed service. I essentially paid for nothing and was offered a redo in 6-8 weeks, this dos not work for me as I was passing through the area. I’m sharing this so others know: this salon has a policy where they can take your money even if the service completely fails to deliver results. Proceed with caution.

So professional. In LOVE with my brows. Facial was so rejuvenating to my skin and my face felt so soft. Received so many compliments on my skin after I left. My husband was grinning from ear to ear when I got home. I also tried the teeth whitening. Steph is so patient and professional. The decor and ambiance is so beautiful and relaxing. Smells great, the facility is clean. I would definitely go back and recommend others. I am always writing reviews. This one is well deserved. Kudos!! Job well done. Steph Michele was great! Very knowledgeable, professional, and know her stuff!. The location was super clean, that was one of the first thing that caught my eyes! Very cozy & organized! Love my brows so far they look great, my 3rd day and they look fantastic, I know is a process but you can tell right away when is going to be a good job. Great service and excellent price! I’ll definitely recommend it to my family and friends!.

I came in for teeth whitening with Steph, who was very professional. She explained every step of the process, and was knowledgeable. I loved my results, I went about 4 shades lighter. Her studio was cutely decorated, and clean. I will surly be back, and will recommend her work.
