Front desk clerk is arrogant. My son is scheduled for 9am appointment, when we arrived, she said they don't accept my son's insurance. 2 days prior to this appointment, I have confirmed with their clinic and Blue Cross Blue Shield that Dr. CHING is a participating provider. No one called me from their office a day prior to my son's appointment regarding any issues. It is unfortunate that this practice do not value people's time and effort. Dr. CHING, if you read this review. Please educate your workers not to treat people and patients so badly. My son is sick but we got him ready in the morning for his appointment which ended up only a waste of time.

If I could give her practice a negative star I certainly would. We were scheduled today for my Son to establish care. I have HMSA BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD. The Lady at the front Desk when we checked in at 8:48am 15Mar2023 at the Craig Clinic Branch, she stated that they do not take Blue Cross Blue Shield, so we ended up wasting gas and our time to drive from our Home to that clinic. The Lady at the front desk stated that they were going to call us to inform that they do not take BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD however we received no calls from Dr. Ching's office. On her website it clearly states that she accepts BCBS, but her staff is saying that they don't. I called BCBS and they confirmed that her clinic is a participating vendor. I loved Dr. Ching and her staff in the back office but unfortunately I've decided to go else where due to billing issues. My insurance never changed but yet was billed incorrectly. I've called multiple times and it's either the person is at lunch or they'll call back. But yet I never received a call back. And when I do call the office and ask to speak with billing the staff answering gets defensive. Which I get, to a point but I'm not fighting, not being rude if anything trying to be as easy as possible. But the final straw to look for a different provider was when my child had a fever of 103 called to see if I could get in and they said they were fully booked.
