Horrible Horrible company! They are schemers and liarsThey said that I never sent my product back but I did, they gave me an address and I sent it back in end of January. I tracked the item and it was received, but they say that they never got. It back but I have proof of receipt. I don’t know what kind of magic trick they will have to perform to getPay Pal to settle for the seller! Please don’t buy anything without thoroughly checking the reviews and trust pilot! On any company. Especially products on Google !! Buyer Beware…..I can’t give it no stars or they won’t post it!!

I purchased a 3 pack heating pad bundle and spent $200+. It was an impulse purchase that I didn’t need to use until recently but battery was dead. I sent several emails to try and find a solution. I will say their customer service responds promptly, politely and professionally but they wouldn’t budget on a solution because the warranty had expired. No warranty, no service. Only suggestion was for me to buy a new power bank for $50 to replace the never used one that obviously was faulty. It probably costs them considerably less to manufacture it. Good customer service companies would send that out for free. What would they get in return? A satisfied customer that would buy from them again and not on a review site trying to figure out how I could give them less than 1 star. Word to the wise.

You will never know if the product is good or not because you will not receive it. Order placed second week of Dec and your money is taken right away. 6 weeks later (they hope you forget about it) when you realize no shipping details have been updated, you reach out. A false message is sent from their house, but no resolve on your order. Dispute with your bank and then magically, you get another false message saying it’s shipped. Needless to say, Feb. will be here in a week. My bank looked out for me. I’ve reported them to the better business bureau. It does not take 7 weeks to ship an item that was supposed to get here by Christmas. Terrible!

I bought the UPHEAT neck and shoulder warmer on December 11th, 2023 and received it on 16th. I didn’t get to deliver the gift to its recipient until January 7th, 2024 as they were out of town. When they opened the UPHEAT warmer we noticed the proprietary battery was completely dead so we plugged it in and left it overnight. Came out the next morning to a still dead battery. I emailed REATHLETE requesting a replacement and it’s been a week since with no response other than the automated “we received your inquiry” email. With a three digit price tag you’d think we could get at least one use from it, but nope, it was DEAD on arrival and hasn’t worked since. Will NOT RECOMMEND to anybody, in fact I’m going to do everything I can to make sure people know not to waste their money with this com

I don't leave reviews often, but needed to do so about this company. Like all the other reviews are saying, this company's products break easily and the customer service is terrible. Two massage guns broke in less than a year. The customer service representative said that they only have a one year warranty because their products don't really last. I was honestly surprised at how bad the customer service was considering today's competitive marketplace. Not sure how a company like this could survive, but I'm sure it won't last much longer. I would avoid buying anything from this brand.
