it’s too valuable to find a good pharmacy and THIS Realo Drugs is the best I’ve ever been to. They truly take care of you. Never have I gotten a call back a couple days later whenever I’ve picked up antibiotics for any of my family to make sure we’re doing better and responding to the medication and to see if I have any questions. I feel cared for at Realo Drugs. They fill and order medication so fast and when my daughter needed special iron drops and they didn’t have them they ordered them and kept them in stock for me.

Love the personalized service they bring. They make an effort to make you feel welcome, they have never treated me like another customer giving you that old good neighborhood drug store. I used to be a big Walgreens customer until I had to pick up a medication for my family, and the treatment was so unique that I changed all my prescription needs to them. Give them a try. You will not regret it.

Realo is the best pharmacy I have had in 17 years of taking medications. If a particular medicine doesn't work to your satisfaction, the staff will shop around for other makers to help you. They are all awesome workers. Pharmacist Thomas went above and beyond talking to my veterinarian when my dog was dying. His compassion is beyond reproach as he empathize with my pain. For the last 5 pickups, I never received a phone call or text letting me know my order was ready. Reporting this to them each time, they vowed to correct it. They have not. In addition, I often go to pick up, and only part of my order is ready thereby requiring a second trip. The employees at Carolina Colours are super nice, but the quality of service, for me, has dropped significantly since I started using them.
