Morehead City Realo provides excellent service. They are professional and friendly.I highly recommend them. They also deliver and organize your medications into blister packs if you would like that service.

The staff here at this location is super nice and helpful! Very knowledgeable in assisting me with reccomendations that I may need for over the counter items. My go to pharmacy!

We had a great experience with Realo in morehead city. Super friendly staff. Very helpful with our prescription issues. And added bonus, they actually answer the phone when you call unlike the big stores. It has the old time drug store feel to the place. Drive through window, no huge lines.

My husband and I have been with Community Pharmacy for a few years now. We are very glad that Realo has kept personal, like Jenn, at the checkout as she is So friendly and more times than not she knows us and pretty much knows why we're there without questions. Staff is always very helpful and extremely courteous. Never had any issues at all with prescriptions. If I am asking about over-the-counter medications, they are very knowledgeable and put things in terms that any " lay person" could easily understand. I'm only sorry we didn't start using their services sooner. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
