Realo Drugs

Most of the time they are great. I am on disability with a low income. Recently had a new prescription and was told by Cassidy P. that my insurance didn't cover it. Called back 2 days later and was helped by Chris who was wonderful and checked different brands until he found one that was covered. Why wasn't this done initially? Kindness goes a long way. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond!

Always an amazing experience. Medication is low cost and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Parking lot is congested (not the fault of Realo.. Just saying)

I tried to fill the prescription Addy with OptumRx. Optum is unable to fill it so they transferred me to fill RX. Fill RX will not get the prescription from Optum so I am not going to get the medication. Ridiculous

I switched my prescriptions and my daughter who is TD1 a month ago from Walgreens Pharmacy. This place is Godsent. Everyone is SO kind and helpful. It's amazing what a caring pharmacy can do for you. I was so use to Walgreens doing what they wanted to and treating me like they wanted to and at their mercy sometimes for life saving medicines. Realo has not had one issue with our insurance and getting what we need. SO happy for this amazing change. Thank you!
