REAL Therapeutic Massage + Pilates and Acupuncture

Class with Stephanie was great. It’s a small studio so you’re getting really high quality attention and instruction which is wonderful! It was clean and bright here and I’d definitely be back again!

I have been going to Real Pilates for 10 years and it has changed my life. The instructors are all professional and very knowledgeable, they treat everyone with respect, I have come a long way since my first class with Robyn. I highly recommend Real Pilates to anyone who is looking to boost their fitness and flexibility. Thank you to all the instructors who have changed my life for the positive.

I’ve been going to REAL consistently for about three years for weekly Pilates (private, duet, and group classes; variety of teachers but most regularly with owner Robyn) as well as regular massage therapy with Robyn. I have found the Pilates classes to be welcoming, accessible, helpful, and accommodating. Massage therapy is consistently a 10/10; Robyn seems to combine both intuition with wisdom, responsiveness, and attunement.

REAL is full of warmth and positive energy from all of the practitioners. My massage with Allison was therapeutic and healing. Love the Pilates classes with Liz and Tricia!

Love love LOVE this place. Came for my first Pilates class with Deborah and she was amazing. She made me feel right at home. I definitely recommend. I will try my best to come often :)
