Reagan the Rolfer at The Rolfing Center

I have seen Reagan a few times for chronic neck/shoulder pain and for an injury to my ankle. After the first Rolfing session, my ankle felt completely better. Reagan has worked on my neck and shoulder twice now, and I can’t believe it, but the pain is completely gone after having lived with it for 13 years. I am so grateful to her. On top of being a great Rolfer, Reagan Nelson is very professional. Her studio is clean and comfortable. She is easy to contact, and I have been able to get in to see her right away. I highly recommend her!

I found Reagan and she has helped me rework my body sculpture by just looking and me. She is very intuitive in listening to what I am noticing and added the education to help me understand how this links to whatever pain that was coming up. Every time I return she opens up and frees up sometime hidden spots that release me from tension and emotional baggage that I was still carrying. I am grateful for her passion in this work. Reagan is really excellent at what she does. She is an active learner and her care for the client’s wellbeing comes through. She knows the body and its proper movements well which shows up in which focused areas to work on—she gets to the point of pain rather quickly. You can tell Reagan utilizes both experiential knowledge of rolfing and her intuition in her practice. I’ve done the ten session program with her and it set me well for quite some time. I also get worked on by Reagan on a maintenance basis and feel physically good to great pretty much all the time. A lot of that is due to her. Her office is centrally located, clean and comfortable. Lastly, Reagan is a kind, pleasant person which is nice energy to be around. I highly recommend using her!!

Reagan is a joy to work with as she listens to what you have to say and she encourages a team type of approach in her healing. I was “prescribed” her 3 session package as my body needed some minimal to moderate attention and Reagan was able to help alleviate the issues I was having. I tried Chiropractic care and thats a little to rough at times for me personally. If you haven’t tried Rolfing, it is definitely worth checking out as I have discovered that my body seems to respond better to this type of healing technique. I’m feeling quite well now as I write this and I feel good knowing that when my body may need some attention in the future that Reagan will be up for the task to help bring relief. Thank You Reagan!

Reagan has helped me on numerous occasions with old sports-related injuries. She continues to help me shorten recoveries after soreness or re-aggravating an old injury. Her knowledge of the body and how it relates to your pains are informative even when she has to put it in simple terms for me to understand. I will continue to see her and recommend her to anyone in need of bodywork.
