Reagan Medical Center-Grayson Hwy

We usually go to the Reagan Medical Center off of Five Forks Trickum where the front desk staff has been poor at best for the 4 years we’ve gone. Some, not all, other staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an urgent matter so we decided to go to the one closest to our home on Grayson Highway in Lawrenceville. We went there and it was a night and day customer service experience. Everyone was so incredible. PA John Turner, front desk, Tamara, scribe Lizbeth, and MA Brandi We’re all beyond phenomenal. That’s why we are going to use the Five Forks Lawrenceville location as a last resort. I will miss PAs Michael Johnson and Sean Garcia! They have always been thorough, patient, and attentive, but due to the other staff, it’s not worth going. KUDOS to all of the Grayson Hwy Doct

My name is Eddie Johnson and Dr Rafedie has took care of me for about 9 years he's one hell of a doctor he found stuff that nobody else could find wrong with me he's awesome believes in blood work very personable and he gets the job done. This place is great. I’m a self pay and the rates are great. $75.00 for a basic visit. Today the gentleman doctor took care of me along with his nurse. They saw me, made me feel welcomed, answered all my questions, gave me the opportunity to address any other ailments while I was there, opted out of further needless testing to save me money. They were quick yet thorough. Felt like I was being cared for by my father. Felt respectful yet loving. Which I truly appreciated. In years past, I’ve visited for the vid testing and they’ve always been quick and helpful. I keep coming back here and plan to do so moving forward. I visited Regan as an emergency, and I can truly say that I was absolutely pleased with the provider, John Turner. He wasn’t dismissive.He listened attentively, and as a patient with anxiety, he made the visit feel welcoming and comfortable. I’ve decided to make him my permanent primary care provider, and I’ve already scheduled an appointment for my husband to see him as well. A big thank-you to Dr. Turner and his two wonderful assistants, Liz and Sherry, as well as the kind nurse whose name I unfortunately forgot. You all made a stressful situation a positive experience! The front staff could use a little light and happiness towards their demeanor.
