Reading Hospital Outpatient Therapy

Everything is wonderful except the check in and appointment part. They had a beautiful respectful lady who was new for about 3 weeks and needs help with scheduling on the computer to reduce the line one should check out and the other make appointments and help each other out when a line forms. The PT are the best and no where will you have a better outcome then the exercises in the pool the trainers are great and give you exercises you can work on after the insurance runs out.

This place rocks! Marty is awesome! Had him preop and postop and knows how I’m usually feeling without me saying a word. His experience and expertise is remarkable! The office staff is also amazing with working out scheduling when I needed transportation and could not drive.

I had been to this PT a few years ago and had a good experience so I thought I’d give it another go. However, Joan Sabine , PT spoke about dating, religion, mocked my physical appearance and degraded my personal beliefs during my initial 45 minute uncomfortable appointment, barely any assessment was completed during this time. When I contact my PCPs office to let them know I felt uncomfortable about my appointment with Joan, Joan proceeded to take my cell phone number from my patient file and texted me at 11:30pm to “apologize” subsequently violating HIPAA , leaving me shaken and scared. After speaking with the OM about my concern, to my knowledge, no action has been taken and Joan is to continue business as usual. I love my therapist she explains everything and make sure I understand she makes me feel comfortable and is very patient

The doctor was very thorough with figuring out what was causing the swelling. So far the tools and physical therapy instructions he provided are working great!
