My daughter is 20 years old and new to managing medical appointments on her own. She mistakenly brought an old insurance card, which I understand happens and can be resolved easily. What is not acceptable is the way your receptionist handled the situation. She was told, "Your appointment is in 10 minutes, you need to figure it out," and was rudely dismissed when she asked to call me for help, and was spoken to in a sarcastic, condescending tone when confirming her phone number. At no point was she treated with patience, professionalism, or basic courtesy. Her tone and impatience were unacceptable. This was my first visit to the practice and had a very good experience. The doctor was very personable and straightforward. The front desk organization was a bit of a head scratcher: there was a sign to wait until called, but no apparent sign in sheet. Also, upon leaving, there was a sign at the check out desk that it was closed. I guess if they need anything more, they'll reach out.

My apt was with on Tuesday January 6 2026 with Jamie laPointe she was wonderful, kind and caring. Her assistance Camila had a great smile and a bubble personality. Had a small biopsy done , Jamie explain everything to me regarding the procedure and step by step what I would feel. Thank u Jamie and Camila for putting at ease with my apt.

Amazing people all around. They are very nice and take their time to help you. Always very quick, you don’t have to wait long to see someone.

I always get quality care, and the staff is so pleasant. Jaime Laporte is wonderful and always makes me feel comfortable and patiently answers my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this facility.
